We’re so excited you’re considering Flash Mob Photography for your event! To ensure everything runs smoothly and your booth experience is a hit, here are a few important things to know before locking in your booking:

 

🔌 Power Access

​

• A standard power outlet is required within 10 metres of the setup area.

• If there is no power available upon arrival, the booth cannot be operated, and no refund will be provided.

• In such cases, a credit may be issued for use toward a future booking at a more suitable venue.

 

🌞 Outdoor Events & Sunlight

​

• Please note: we have no control over natural sunlight or weather conditions.

• Our Mirror Booths rely on a reflective surface and touchscreen technology, which can be affected by direct sunlight.

• Once the booth has been set up in your preferred location, we will not relocate it or issue refunds if the booth becomes difficult or impossible to use due to sunlight glare or screen issues.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the booth is placed in a suitably shaded or covered area. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise prior to the event.

 

🚚 Access & Setup

​

• Please ensure the booth location is flat, safe, and accessible.

• We require ground-level access or lift access for any upstairs venues. Let us know ahead of time about stairs, steep paths, or restricted access.

• We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the hire start time. Please ensure the area is ready for setup on arrival to avoid delays.

 

🌐 Wi-Fi & Live Sharing

​

• Wi-Fi is not essential, but required for instant sharing features (like GIFs, boomerangs, and social uploads).

• If Wi-Fi is not available or unstable, some features may be disabled without refund.

 

💡 Space Requirements

​

• Mirror Booth: Needs at least 2.5m x 2m of space.

• 360 Video Booth: Requires a minimum of 3.5m x 3.5m of clear, flat space and is not suited to tight or cluttered areas.

 

☁️ Weather Conditions

​

• For outdoor events, the booth must be fully undercover and protected from sun, wind, and rain.

• If unsafe weather or location conditions prevent setup, no refund will be issued, but a credit may be offered for rebooking.

 

📆 Booking Terms

​

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on notice given and availability.

• Changes to date or venue must be made with reasonable notice and are subject to availability.
